How the Warranty Works
Built to be repaired
Most lamps are built to be replaced when they fail. Your HD light is built to be repaired. The bulb or light engine is replaceable. They are not built with planned obsolescence in mind. We designed it that way because a serious tool should last years, not end up in landfill.
Our warranty reflects how we build: properly, with the intention that you keep it.
The 5-year HD warranty
If your HD Original, HD Pro or HD Essential develops a fault within five years, the process is simple. Call or email our UK team. We arrange a courier to collect the light from your door.
Our engineers diagnose and fix the issue in our Aylesbury workshop. We return it to you. The whole thing is covered. Parts, labour, shipping. You pay nothing.*
